INSURANCE OPTIONS

Equinovate Therapy Services does accept insurance.

We currently are accepting Arkansas Medicaid and Ambetter. For a list of other insurances, we are working on getting credentialed with, please call or message our office at (501) 849-8644 as we are working on expanding the insurance daily.

If we do not accept your insurance, we can create a superbill for you to help get reimbursed if insurance allows.

Payment for out of network insurances are:

                                                           Standard diagnostic evaluation with diagnostic report $250.00 for up to 2 hours

                                                                            Standard 60-minute therapy sessions, $100.00

Equinovate Therapy Services is committed to providing services for ALL people, regardless of financial situation. We offer a reduced pay-rate to those who qualify via a sliding scale (i.e., a standard chart that sets the hourly rate of services to reflect the client/caregiver's income).
